You can vote for the Athlete of the Week from all ongoing MSHSAA sports across Southwest Missouri. There were several individual performances to choose from. Who will get your vote?

You can nominate your favorite Southwest Missouri athlete, including their stats, in an email to News-Leader sports reporter Wyatt Wheeler by 11 p.m. each Sunday. You can also tag him on X at @WyattWheeler_NL with your stats and standout performers.

Nixa outfielder Wyatt Vincent won last week's vote after going 4 for 6 with two home runs, a triple, eight RBI, five runs and three stolen bases in two games between Strafford and Carl Junction.

Maddie Lou Shuburte, Logan-Rogersville soccer: Scored 12 goals in two district tournament games with seven against Monett and five against New Covenant Academy. Also the state's freshman scoring record with 71 goals this season.

Will Crumpley, Marionville baseball: Went 3 for 4 with two runs scored in the Comets' district championship win over Purdy.

Tristan Hunter, Forsyth baseball: Threw 6 1/3 innings while striking out 17, allowing two hits and one earned run in a district championship win over Fair Grove.

Ross Lawrence, Logan-Rogersville baseball: Threw a complete game three-hitter while striking out 13 and allowing zero earned runs in a district championship win over Mountain Grove.

Cam Jennings, Willard baseball: Allowed just three hits and struck out six while shutting out Branson in a 6-0 district championship win.

Aryah Moore, Glendale track: Placed first in the 100-meter hurdle and second in the 300-meter hurdle finals in the Class 5, District 3 event at Waynesville.
