The Henry Residences Tops Out At 211 West 84th Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side
Construction has topped out on The Henry Residences, an 18-story residential building at 211 West 84th Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by Robert A. M. Stern Architects with Hill West Architects as the architect of record and developed by Naftali Group, which purchased the property for $71 million in 2022, the 209-foot-tall structure will span 154,598 square feet and yield 45 condominium units with an average scope of 3,371 square feet, as well as 2,898 square feet of ground-floor retail space, a cellar level, and 17 enclosed parking spaces. The building has nearly 250 feet of frontage along West 84th Street from the corner of Broadway to the middle of the city block.

BOSTON (AP) — Jazz Chisholm Jr. made his New York Yankees debut Sunday night against the Boston Red Sox at Fenway Park, one day after he was acquired from the Miami Marlins for three minor leaguers. Chisholm arrived at the ballpark about 90 minutes before the first pitch and was penciled into the lineup batting fifth and playing center field. Wearing uniform No. 13, he went 1 for 5 with a single and scored a late run in the Yankees’ 8-2 victory. “I was super excited,” Chisholm said about putting on a Yankees uniform. “Every kid dreams of being a Yankee, it’s the most famous team in baseball that Derek Jeter played on, if you know what I mean. Everybody’s favorite player was Derek Jeter growing up. I had him as an owner, so I just feel it was right to come up and put on a uniform.” Chisholm jumped right into the action after arriving later than he planned.

Woman fights off rapist in NJ mall bathroom attack, cops say
HACKENSACK — A woman managed to save herself from a terrifying attack in a North Jersey mall restroom. Craig Herbert, 30, of New Milford was arrested on Friday, according to Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella. The attack happened Thursday evening at the Riverside Square Mall in Hackensack, officials said.
What! A NJ Hiking Trail With Frying Pans Hanging From Trees?
If you follow my page then you know that one of my favorite things to do is to go hiking. Hiking is a great sport to keep you healthy and to have less stress on the knees, hips, back, etc. When I was younger I was a runner, but now getting a bit older I find walking is the best way to get the exercise we all need. Finding trails and unique ones is always a fun thing and adds to the experience when out hiking here in the Garden State. This trail we are talking about today is definitely a "unique" trail.
