Hiking is a great sport to keep you healthy and to have less stress on the knees, hips, back, etc. When I was younger I was a runner, but now getting a bit older I find walking is the best way to get the exercise we all need. Finding trails and unique ones is always a fun thing and adds to the experience when out hiking here in the Garden State. This trail we are talking about today is definitely a "unique" trail.
