Michael Dean Hanus Jr., 45 of Clarion, pleaded guilty in federal court to possession of a firearm by a prohibited person. DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - A 16-year-old Rock Island boy is facing charges in connection with a shooting at NorthPark Mall Monday afternoon. The boy has been charged as an adult with intimidation with a dangerous weapon, a Class C felony punishable by 10 years in prison, and possession of a firearm by a felon, a Class D felony punishable by five years in prison, according to online court records.
