Possession of Firearm W/O FOID
On March 4th the police department was called to address on Saxtown Road for an investigation of an individual illegally in possession of a firearm. Upon completion of the investigation, the case was submitted to the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office. On June 10th the state’s attorney’s office charged the subject, Brad A. Thompson age 46 formerly of Millstadt, with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm Without Requisite Firearm Owner’s Identification Card. The subject turned himself in on June 11th.
