Amanda Cavaness seriously injured in two-vehicle crash in Doe Run
DOE RUN, MO, (June 18, 2024) - A 29-year-old woman was seriously injured in a two-vehicle accident Tuesday morning in Doe Run, St. Francois County. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Amanda Cavaness, a resident of Annapolis, was a passenger in an Infiniti that was struck by a Chevrolet Cruze that had crossed the center of the road on Route 221. The Infiniti went off the side of the road and overturned.

St. Francois Co., Mo. (KFMO) - A wanted woman has been taken into custody, after fleeing from police last week. According to the Bismarck Police Department, around 6 p.m. on June 10, 47-year-old Rhonda Michelle Conner was taken into custody by deputies with the St. Francois County Sheriff’s Department.

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Mo. — A Pevely mother accused of killing her two children last month will now be tried for the murder charges filed against her in Jefferson County only. Previously, Ashley Parmeley, 36, was to be tried for one murder charge in Jefferson County and the other in St. Francois County.

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Mo. (First Alert 4) - The murder charges against a Festus woman who told police she killed her two children in May have been consolidated. Ashley Parmeley, 36, was charged with first-degree murder in Jefferson County and first-degree murder in St. Francois County. Court documents state she tried to kill her son in St. Francois County before she shot her 9-year-old daughter Scarlet and started driving with the kids in the car. During the car ride, Parmeley realized her son Isaac, 2, was still alive. She then reportedly drowned him at Timber Creek Resort.
