Community First Credit Union acquires land for new St. Johns branch
Community First Credit Union recently completed the purchase of a lot at State Road 207 and Brinkhoff Road that is slated to become its newest freestanding branch in St. Johns County. <\p> The Treaty Oaks location is scheduled to open in 2025. It will become the credit union’s 25th branch and fourth branch in St. Johns, which includes locations in St. Augustine and Murabella along with a new branch under construction at Beachwalk.<\p>
Self storage development approved for SR 16 in St. Johns
A large self storage facility planned on State Road 16 near the Mission Trace Publix will be able to go forward with an approval from St. Johns County commissioners.<\p> At the regular Commission meeting Tuesday, a proposal from 4 Rivers Property Group to rezone a 6-acre parcel just west of the Shoppes at Mission Trace was approved. <\p>
