New food truck offering authentic Mexican food to St. Joseph

Tortas Y Tacos El Rachero has parked in St. Joseph, and it’s bringing more Mexican cuisine to the community.

The food truck has set up shop in the Bomgaars parking lot, which is located at 137A N. Belt Highway, and next to the Hy-Vee gas station. It serves authentic Mexican food.
