According to Kansas statutes, no person has a legal right to resist or attempt to defeat a lawful arrest. What in the world does a person think they will accomplish by presenting themselves before law enforcement personnel in an offensive manner with an AR-15? They are lucky this is the United States and not Germany or the United Kingdom, where they would have been shot on the spot.
