Dog And Groundhog Rescue From A Well In St. Mary’s County
LEXINGTON PARK, Md. – Emergency personnel and animal control responded to a unique rescue call on the morning of June 28, 2024. At approximately 9:15 a.m., crews were dispatched to a residence on Three Notch Road near Tippet Road, where they found a dog and a groundhog trapped in a well under the house. The well was approximately 12 feet deep.
