The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office reports today (July 10, 2024), that the initial investigation into an officer-involved shooting, which occurred Friday (July 5) evening in Mandeville, has uncovered more information as to what transpired outside a residence in the 700 block of Heavens Drive. The investigation is still ongoing and detectives with the STPSO's Major Crime Unit, who was asked to investigate, continue to review body camera footage and conduct interviews.
