After coming off of a disastrous loss to the Chicago White Sox to begin the three-game series, the New York Yankees retaliated back with back-to-back victories in the next two games to close out their visit in Chicago. Both Aaron Judge and Juan Soto put on a show in Guarantee Rate Field with outstanding performances from the two Yankee powerhouses.

Juan Soto Goes Back To Back To Back

Juan Soto's exceptional performance on Tuesday night against the Chicago White Sox provided a much-needed boost for the Yankees following their awful performance on Monday, where they suffered an embarrassing 12-2 defeat. Soto was instrumental in the Yankees' comeback, scoring all four of the team's runs in their 4-1 victory.

Soto's electrifying display included going three for four at the plate, with three consecutive home runs, marking the first time in his career that he achieved three home runs in a single game. Notably, prior to this game, Soto had never hit a home run at Guaranteed Rate Field.

Continuing his impressive form, Soto hit another home run during his first at-bat on Wednesday night, making it his fourth consecutive home run . The Yankees maintained their momentum, with Aaron Judge showing that he can also pull off a career moment as well. In a controversial managerial decision, the White Sox opted to walk Soto at the top of the eighth inning, allowing Judge an opportunity to bat.

Aaron Judge Hits 300th Home Run

Judge seized this chance to make history and hit his 300th career home run, thus becoming the fastest player in MLB history to reach this milestone. Judge accomplished this milestone in his 955th game and 3,431st at-bat. Previously, Ralph Kiner held the record , achieving 300 home runs in 1,087 games. Judge's 300th home run also marked his 43rd of the season, putting him on track to potentially reach at least 50 home runs this year.

Aaron Judge And Juan Soto Are A Powerhouse Duo

In terms of league leaders, both Judge and Soto are neck-and-neck in the offensive statistics rankings. Judge leads the MLB in home runs, on-base percentage, slugging, OPS, walks, and WAR. Soto closely follows, ranking second in all categories except home runs and WAR, where he stands at third.

There’s no question that Juan Soto and Aaron Judge are considered one of the greatest dynamic duos in baseball. Both Judge and Soto have been the lifeline of this Yankees team throughout this season, and Brian Cashman and Hal Steinbrenner must bring in Juan Soto to a lifetime deal with the Yankees. There’s no telling how dominant this duo can be when the postseason comes around, and Yankees fans can only hope the rest of the team can catch up with the duo as well.
