October 15th was a day of trades in the NFL, especially on offense. In the past few weeks, WR Amari Cooper has often been named as a trade candidate. Well, he has officially been moved as the Cleveland Browns traded Cooper to the Buffalo Bills. The details of that trade are listed below.

    Details Of Amari Cooper Trade

Cleveland Browns Acquire: 2025 3rd Round Pick and 2026 7th Round Pick

Buffalo Bills Acquire: WR Amari Cooper and 2025

    Cleveland Browns Side

The firesale has begun in Cleveland. The Browns have to start selling pieces, as it's clear that this team is going nowhere. It still makes no sense why Deshaun continues to start games with how terrible he has played this season.

Amari Cooper was a name that almost every analyst predicted to be moved during the trade deadline. Watson and Cooper could not get on the same page, and his trade market got a ton of attraction. While the 20 million in the dead cap is going to suck, escaping with a Day 2 pick for a 30-year-old wide receiver is excellent value.

    Buffalo Bills Side

The Buffalo Bills are one of the most talented teams in the NFL, but the one significant weakness on this team is the wide receiver position. That has happened since the Bills traded Stefon Diggs to the Houston Texans. The only dependable receiver on this team is Khalil Shakir, who was playing hurt against the Jets.

Keon Coleman still has potential, but he is nowhere near ready for that top receiver role. The Bills needed another piece on that offense, and Amari Cooper could easily boost it. A 3rd round pick and a pick swap is fair value for a team whose goal is to win a Superbowl.

    Cleveland Browns - B+ & Buffalo Bills - A

It's a win-win trade for both teams, but the Bills get the higher grade here. They desperately needed a true number-one receiver, and they got one by getting Cooper. For a team in Superbowl or bust mode, the Bills needed a dependable receiver for Josh Allen to throw, too.

A third-round pick is a fair value for Cooper, and it's clear he was not in the Cleveland Browns' long-term plans. Overall, both teams did well, and hopefully, it will work out in the long term for both sides.

A tremendous problem with Charlotte the past few years has been staying healthly. That problem is still ongoing and its extremly frustrating. This team needs to start getting winning seasons as they haven't gotten to the playoffs in 8 years. They can't do that if the durability becomes a problem and hopefully the Hornets get it under control in the regular season. As a fan myself, I want this team to win games and hopefully they can do that this season.
