A 99-year-old Delaware District home has become Erie County’s 38th private residence, this year, to sell for more than $1 million. Developer Tim LeBoeuf and his wife, Brooke, paid $1.523 million for a circa-1925-era house at 92 Cleveland Ave. in the heart of Buffalo’s Delaware District. The house had been owned by Cleveland Avenue Development Inc., according to documents filed July 18 in the Erie County Clerk's office.

Rochester, N.Y. — A teenager charged in the 2022 shooting death of another teen in the city was sentenced Friday. Raymar Alexander, now 18, is set to serve 17 years in prison.
