Kansas Man Faces Charges 7 Years After Shooting Teen Refugee Dead: Key Breakthroughs and Family’s Response
TRUE CRIME NEWS has reported a significant breakthrough in a cold case that had long troubled the community, as a Kansas man has been charged with murder, seven years after the tragic killing of 15-year-old December Htoo. Investigators traced the gun back to its owner, who implicated Samano in the shooting.
