In a somber update from Lake Michigan, officials have confirmed the recovery of two children after a sailboat capsized near Chambers Island in Wisconsin. Named Charlotte and Josh, the children were sailing with their father, 32-year-old Bill Salnick of Little Suamico, Wis., when they went missing.
