UNCW's men's basketball schedule is complete for the 2024-25 season, as the school announced its full slate of games for the team Wednesday.
Among UNCW's nonconference games is a Nov. 19 matchup at Kansas.
"It's exciting if you look at the opponents we have on there," UNCW coach Takayo Siddle said Wednesday. "A lot of the teams we are playing have either won their league or won over 20 games,"

Siddle enters his fifth year as UNCW's head coach after signing a multi-year contract extension in 2023. He says finding quality nonconference opponents is essential to the program's growth.
"I think it's fun for our guys," Siddle said of big matchups. "You talk about Kansas on the schedule this year, I've never been in Allen Fieldhouse, so that's an exciting game on our schedule."
UNCW earned the program's most significant road win of all time last winter, stunning nationally-ranked Kentucky inside Rupp Arena in Lexington on Dec. 2.
The Seahawks fell short of high expectations in last season's CAA basketball tournament and failed to qualify for the NCAA tournament for the seventh consecutive season.
"All we're really focusing on - and we didn't do a good job at this last year - is playing to our identity and really understanding who we are and what we're about," Siddle said. "We didn't do such a good job with that (last year) so we're really locking into that."
UNCW will play 13 nonconference games this winter ahead of its regular 18-game CAA schedule. The school will also host the 2024 Live Oak Bank Holiday Classic from Nov. 27-30 at Trask Coliseum.
