Daniel Pescador named as Track & Field Interim head coach
Saturday July 20, 2024 - 10:30 a.m. | Dylan DeVlieger. MCC Track & Field has announced that Daniel Pescador will become the Interim head coach for the 2025 season. With the retirement of long time head coaching legend Steve Jacobs, the T-Bird Track & Field program turns to Pescador to carry on the torch. Pescador is currently the head coach of the Men's & Women's Cross Country teams a role he has had and seen success with since 2015.
Jarrod’s Coffee, Tea & Gallery finds new location in Mesa
Jarrod’s Coffee, Tea & Gallery has moved. The eclectic East Valley artist hangout and eatery was a fixture within the downtown Mesa community for many years. Prior to the cafe’s recent relocation, Jarrod’s Coffee, Tea & Gallery at 154 W. Main St. had been open since 2013.
Center Court Pickleball Club set to open new location in Glendale
PHOENIX — Center Court Pickleball Club, an indoor pickleball court, is set to open a new location in Glendale this Sept. The new indoor location will be located near 59th Avenue and Bell Road will be the third one in Arizona, with the Gilbert location recently opening and and a location soon coming to Scottsdale.
