When we consider the value of new Penn State offensive coordinator Andy Kotelnicki to the Nittany Lions, we start with a fundamental point: Kotelnicki, much like new USC defensive coordinator D’Anton Lynn, makes it a point of emphasis to tailor his scheme to the skill set of his personnel.
