B1G Tailgate will return to Penn State on Saturday, September 7, for the Nittany Lions’ game against Bowling Green, the Big Ten Network announced Wednesday. The show, now in its eighth season, will return to Happy Valley after two years, with its last appearance being in 2022 against Central Michigan.

B1G Tailgate travels to a different Big Ten campus every week to provide on-site analysis, conduct interviews, and host multiple guests. The show will also travel to Purdue, Michigan, Washington, and Indiana this upcoming season. The show is hosted by Mike Hall and former Ohio State safety Tyvis Powell.

B1G Tailgate will air at 10 a.m., followed by the network’s Countdown to Kickoff show leading up to Penn State’s noon kickoff against Bowling Green .

The likes of Big Noon Kickoff, presented by FOX, are also expected to make a trip to Penn State during the 2024 season, though no plans have been announced.
