    Ohio man facing trafficking and possession charges after meth found in Ohio Valley Drug drug bust

    JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ohio — An investigation into a suspected drug activity at a Park Street residence resulted in one arrested Friday morning.

    According to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, the Jefferson County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant on Park Street, where Jerry Tillman, 67, was arrested without incident.

    Officials say Tillman is charged with one count of trafficking narcotics and one count of possession of methamphetamine.

    Additional charges are pending.

    Tillman is being housed at the Jefferson County Justice Center pending arraignment.

    The Drug Task Force, which is comprised of member of the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, Steubenville Police Department and the Jefferson County Prosecutor’s Office, was assisted by the Jefferson County SRT team and Steubenville Police Department.
