Almost 100 Items Will Be Cheaper at Oklahoma Grocery Stores in August
Oklahoma has announced what items will be cheaper at stores throughout the state at the end of next month. August 29th, 2024 Oklahoma Removing Grocery Tax on Certain Items. We're used to prices going up, but Oklahoma will be seeing prices going down thanks to House Bill 1955. This bill will eliminate the state sales tax on CERTAIN grocery items. It's estimated that a family of four will see on average somewhere between $400 to $700 in savings over the year with the elimination of the tax.
