COLFAX - This summer’s above average run of sockeye salmon up the Lower Snake River into Idaho is allowing managers to keep some fish to spawn at a hatchery. The agency has begun trucking the endangered fish from Lower Granite Dam on the Snake to the Eagle Hatchery near Boise.
