A Stone Lake woman accused of intending to deliver drugs and possession of cocaine has pleaded not guilty.

Felony charges of possession of meth with intent to deliver, second or subsequent offense, and possession of cocaine were filed on May 1 against Tomi J. Quagon, 42, in Barron County Circuit Court.

According to police, a Barron County Sheriff’s deputy saw Quagon’s vehicle cross over the center line as it traveled south on 19th Street, and approximately $2,300 worth of meth was recovered during the traffic stop.

Quagon pleaded not guilty during her arraignment on Friday, and she is scheduled for a plea hearing on Sept. 6. If convicted on the intent to deliver charge, she could be fined up to $100,000 and sent to prison for as many as 25 years.
