Indianhead Saddle Club to put on its 65th show
The Indianhead Saddle Club invites the public to its 65th annual horse show on Sunday, July 14, starting at 8 a.m., located 1½ miles north of Rice Lake on Highway SS. Signs will be posted. There is no admission, and lunch is available on the show grounds. Anywhere from 75 to 100 participants of all ages are expected to take part in the show, which will offer 66 classes.

Principal resigns, positive referendum update
Kirsten Budimlija resigned from her position as principal of the Rib Lake middle and high schools following the 2023-2024 school year. The Rib Lake Board of Education voted to accept her resignation on June 26. “We are appreciative for her years of service in our district and for the lasting impacts she made on our students and community,” said District Administrator Travis Grubbs following the meeting. Statewide Missing Persons Alert For Missing Minnesota Teen
Moorhead, MN (KROC-AM News) - A statewide missing person alert was issued today by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension for a young man who was last seen on Monday. The BCA issued the alert on behalf of the Moorhead Police Department, which has been actively searching for 19-year-old Arthur Wiebe. He was last seen Monday night walking away from his family's shop in Moorhead.
Pedestrian killed in late night Nashwauk crash
