Rain and storms expected throughout Wednesday
BRIDGEPORT, W.Va (WDTV) - Good morning NCWV! We are halfway through the work week, and we have finally cooled down with the help of a frontal system that is also providing us rain showers and storms throughout the day today. High temperatures have lowered about 10 degrees, with highs only reaching into the low to mid 80s in the lowlands and the mid 70s in the higher elevations. These storms do have a bit of potential for severity, with wind gusts up to 35MPH in the more mountainous regions in the valleys especially.

Michigan man to serve a decade in prison for selling dangerous drugs in Mon, Taylor Counties
CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — A former Detroit resident will serve 10 years in federal prison for selling dangerous drugs in Monongalia and Taylor Counties. A jury found Kalen Daevon Lee, 31, of Detroit, Michigan, guilty of using a motel room in Morgantown to distribute 40 grams or more of fentanyl. Court documents said Lee went by the alias of “Tay” and maintained a storage facility in the area as well.
