(KNOX) -Approval on a final plan for the Altru Indoor Sports and Aquatics Complex and Children’s Museum in Grand Forks is about two months away. Grand Forks City Administrator Todd Feland said the proposal will include the Children’s Museum even though there is some opposition by members of city council. “We’ll try to get you something well in advance so you have time to review it.
