HERSHEY, Pa. (WHTM)– Officers responded to a fatal motor vehicle crash at 5 a.m. on State Route 322 this morning, according to the Derry Township Police Department. State Route 322 was closed this morning from Meadow Lane in Derry Township to Larkspur Drive in South Londonderry Township after the crash in the 800 block of East Governor Road in Hershey, but officers say it’s now reopened.

The state's highest court has upheld the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board's decision to award a license for a planned casino at the Nittany Mall, paving the way for the project to move forward.
