Following former storm chaser, Kate Cooper, Twisters sees her return to her hometown in Oklahoma to test a new tracking system with old friend, Javi.

While she's there, she crosses paths with reckless social media superstar Tyler Owens who challenges her beliefs and pushes her to reconnect with the thing she loves most.
