Star Wars Andor Season 2 “So Much Better” Than Season 1

You are not prepared for how good Star Wars Andor season 2 is, according to actress Adria Arjona.

Arjona, who plays arms dealer and Cassian Andor’s ex-girlfriend Bix Caleen in the first season of Disney+’s critically acclaimed Star Wars drama, reprises her role in the sequel.

“I started reading S2, I was like…‘It’s not going to be as good,’” Arjona tells THR . “But it’s f***ing better. It’s so much better…“What [director Tony Gilroy] has crafted and created is mind-blowing.”

During the events of Andor , Bix is traumatized by the severe interrogation she’s subjected to at the hands of ISB Supervisor Dedra Meero, who tortures her for information about Andor. We last see Bix helped onto a ship by Andor, who tells her he’ll come back for her.

Arjona’s words are high praise for a series that achieved a 96% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, the highest of any Star Wars series. Then again, it has to be better if Andor season 2 brings back Ben Mendelsohn .

Andor season 2 is more epic in scope, and takes place over four years. It follows Cassian as he develops into a leader of the Rebellion. 12 episodes drop weekly on Disney+ over the course of 2025. There’s no release date yet.
