House of the Dragon Fans Want a New Book, Not Secrets From Set

Game of Thrones creator George R. R. Martin has some tea to spill, but he's not looking forward to sharing it, he says in his latest blog post, where the author revealed that some things have gone wrong with the latest series adapted from his novels, House of the Dragon .

"I do not look forward to other posts I need to write," Martin began, before cryptically continuing with, "about everything that's gone wrong with HOUSE OF THE DRAGON… but I need to do that too, and I will."

Martin didn't divulge just what those things might be, but recently House of the Dragon season four was confirmed, and season three's plans were revealed , so perhaps it'll have to do with those upcoming seasons and slip-ups they have faced so far.

Alternatively, Martin could be looking to share things that have gone wrong in past seasons.

Either way, we'll have to wait for the author to take to his blog once more before we unlock the hidden secrets of what's gone wrong with House of the Dragon .

There is something very charming about seeing Martin commit to his blog despite all his success. That he would share the secrets with his dedicated readers first is very refreshing.

However, his fans have another message for him: they just want his next book.

" The Winds of Winter " will be the sixth novel in his " A Song of Fire and Ice " series and is anticipated to be over 1500 pages in length. It was announced in 2010 on Martin's blog. Alas, there is still no book.

Fans didn't seem excited by the prospect of learning secret behind-the-scenes info of bringing House of the Dragon to life, and instead took the opportunity to remind George R. R. Martin that he needs to put pen to paper.
