Arcane’s second season is one of the most anticipated animated series on the planet right now, with League of Legends fans and Arcane fans alike desperate to see more of the gorgeous series. Netflix’s big fan celebration, Geeked Week , is well underway, and we finally have a release date for the new season.

As revealed in the Netflix Geeked Week Live Showcase, Arcane season 2 will start being released on November 9, but it won’t all drop at once. The new season will be separated into three parts, called acts, with the first act releasing on November 9, with the subsequent two acts being released weekly after that, on November 16 and November 23.

The announcement was made alongside a new clip from the upcoming season, showing off a gothed-up Vi that was teased earlier in the week. Vi, for whatever reason, seems to have taken up underground boxing, having blackened her hair, donned some black face makeup, and started punching the daylight out of a host of weirdos in a big arena.

What exactly led to this situation is anyone’s guess, but Vi definitely seems to be in a bit of a bad shape, and given the clip is titled “Nothing to Lose” on YouTube, it looks like Vi might be at rock bottom here. The trailer is mostly focused on Vi punching goons, but there are a few glimpses of other scenes in here, some of which include some familiar faces.

The next – and final – season of Arcane seems to have some pretty high stakes, if what we’ve seen so far is anything to go by. An Arcane season 2 trailer last week teased Warwick and all out war , with the fan-favorite werewolf character seemingly appearing in a small glimpse after having been teased last season.

The first season of Arcane was widely praised by critics and fans alike, having a 100% critic rating on Rotten Tomatoes and a 96% fan rating — something that, these days, is pretty difficult to achieve. Everyone’s hoping that the second hits just as hard, and from what we’ve seen so far, that certainly seems to be on the table.
