Ballerina Trailer – Ana de Armas Enters the John Wick Universe in New Look at Upcoming Spinoff

Ana de Armas stars in a new story from the World of John Wick , Ballerina , which follows a young female assassin who seeks revenge against the people who killed her family, and serves as both a spin-off and the fifth film in the popular John Wick franchise, and is set between the events of Chapter 3 and Chapter 4.

The neo-noir action thriller is directed by Total Recall and Underworld 's Len Wiseman, with Shay Hatten of John Wick: Chapter Three – Parabellum and John Wick: Chapter Four returning to pen the screenplay.

Joining Ana de Armas in the cast are Catalina Sandino Moreno, Norman Reedus, Ian McShane, Lance Reddick, Anjelica Huston, David Castañeda, and Gabriel Byrne, with Keanu Reeves reprising his role of John Wick.

This new John Wick spin-off was delayed and will now hit theaters on June 6, 2025, a year later than anticipated.

However, we now have our first trailer following the release of a twenty-second teaser which featured the eerie familiar jingle of a music box, and a Ballerina twirling elegantly inside a glass jar.

Following that, Lionsgate has released a full-length trailer featuring Ana de Armas as part ballerina/part assassin to the tune of Elton John's " Tiny Dancer ", which you can watch below.

The epic first look at the action-packed thriller has already been seen by over 4.5 million people who are eagerly anticipating what's to come next in this continuation of the franchise, which has grossed more than $1 billion at the box office.
