John Cena Features in Episode of The Simpsons

John Cena has been transformed into a yellow-skinned cartoon character for his upcoming guest role in The Simpsons .

As confirmed in a tweet from the official Simpsons account, the WWE Superstar and movie star is set to appear in the season premier of The Simpsons on Fox TV this Sunday, 29 September.

Dressed in a tight-fitting grey t-shirt and sporting a toothy grin, the show has captured Cena’s impeccably clean cut image. Let's hope he undermines that spectacularly. Cena won’t be the only celebrity cameo in season 36, however. As the tweet below says, we can expect Cena “and more” as the season progresses.

Dozens upon dozens of celebrities have appeared in The Simpsons over the years, including Michael Jackson, Sting, Tom Jones, Stephen Hawking, and Ringo Starr. With the show experiencing something of a revival of late, Cena could be set for some hilarious gags.
