    Celebrate Culture and Community at Pocono Latin Fest: A Night of Music, Dance, and Heritage at ESU!

    Monroe County-PA As the Pocono Latin Fest returns to East Stroudsburg University's campus tomorrow, September 27, the community is abuzz with anticipation for this exhilarating celebration of Latin culture. This free event, stretching from 5 to 10 p.m., promises an evening brimming with diverse, vibrant music, dance, and cultural expression, bringing together locals and visitors for a memorable experience.

    The festivities will kick off at 5:00 p.m., with DJ E NYCE setting the tone for an energetic evening. At 5:20 p.m., FLECHA will lead the Desfile de Banderas, a colorful flag parade celebrating the rich tapestry of Latin American nations and their heritage.


    Following the parade, the stage will feature a whirlwind of performances, starting with Felix Corazon de Oro at 5:35 p.m. and Estrella del Norte at 5:45 p.m., each bringing their unique sound and flair to the festival. At 6:00 p.m., Chucho el de la Barba Rosita will take the spotlight, infusing the celebration with his distinct musical style.

    A fashion show at 6:15 p.m. will add a touch of glamour. It will feature a Guatemalan designer and models who will strut their stuff, reflecting Latin fashion's vibrant colors and bold patterns. Immediately after, DJ Adri will keep the momentum going at 6:30 p.m., spinning tracks that will have everyone on their feet.

    As the evening progresses, Nosa & SCVRR will perform at 6:50 p.m., followed by The Mambo House at 7:05 p.m., each artist contributing to the eclectic mix of sounds that define Latin music. Jay Lima, a crowd favorite, will perform twice at 7:15 p.m. and again at 8:45 p.m., bookending the evening's performances with his signature style. Alto Reflejo will take the stage at 7:45 p.m.
