Concert series brings 2 shows to Mount Airy
The Surry Arts Council Summer Concert Series will showcase two performances this week at the Blackmon Amphitheatre. On Thursday Liquid Pleasure is scheduled to perform in a concert slated to begin at 7:30 p.m. Friday evening, the Main Event Band will be on the stage for a performance at 7:30. Costs for the concerts are $17, or a concert series summer pass. Those attending the shows are encouraged to take a lounge chair or blanket. Coolers and outside drink are not permitted.
