WATCH: Bear spotted in North Suffolk neighborhood

A video captured by a home security camera on Thursday shows a bear wandering through a Suffolk neighborhood. James Manning shared a video of the bear spotted walking past his front door on Mainsail Ln. in North Suffolk. He said neighbors found garbage cans overturned and trash taken out.

“I’ve lived here for six years,” Manning said. “Neighbors had said before there was a bear around but I had never seen it. A few other neighbors said that their trash cans were overturned last night and trash taken out. It must have been looking for food. Luckily, trash day was yesterday, so my bin was empty.”
