MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - As the fentanyl epidemic continues, law enforcement is warning that a new and even more deadly strain has made its way to Alabama. After a drug bust in Shelby County, the Drug Task Force Investigators said they found para-fluorofentanyl, which is more dangerous than pure fentanyl.
