Local gun club receives recognition award for 70 years of community impact
MARSHALL, Ill. (WTHI) - The Clark County Sportsmen's Club has been around for 70 years. On Thursday, the club was given a congressional award for service. The club has over 200 members. Local law enforcement officers along with many community members, have been using the shooting range for training, as well as pleasure since the 1980s.

Westfield to West Fork: Try again
Representatives from West Fork Whiskey came to Westfield’s Advisory Plan Commission in April with a village-centric plan for the land around the distillery on 191st Street. In the months since, the development — featuring townhomes, an event center, green space and retail outlots — underwent multiple revisions, altering the number of total residences, green space allocation and the alignment of a commercial block along 191st Street. West Fork entered an agreement with M/I Homes, Inc. to create the community.
