NCSU settles legal disagreement with former Poe Hall student, worker
North Carolina State University and a former grad student end employee have resolved a legal dispute related to the Poe Hall shutdown, according to a court filing Friday. NCSU has asked the state Supreme Court to lift a stay in the case.
