Keystone approves short-term rental regulations with potential for more changes on the horizon
Keystone Town Council voted unanimously on June 25 to adopt regulations on short-term rental licenses that will go into effect this fall. The regulations keep largely intact the policy currently used by the Summit County government, meaning short-term rental owners won’t see any major changes to the way they operate currently.
