VICKSBURG, Miss. – The second annual Bill Dance’s Mississippi River Monsters Megabucs Tournament kicks off this weekend at the Vicksburg Convention Center. The celebration includes a “Meet the Anglers” Block Party this evening, July 25, and the Boats Down the Bricks parade down Washington Street tomorrow evening.
