Concerns over cracks on local bridge

geez...that crack is only superficial. everybody's freaking out, acting like the world is going to come to an end. stuff like this happens with concrete. the rebar inside the concrete rusts period. when rebar rusts it expands and concrete cracks. there is still plenty of concrete interlaced with rebar to hold the bridge.
