07/04 Ryan’s “Independence Day” Thursday Morning Forecast
This morning will ever so slightly cooler and less humid than yesterday’s was, which will still lead to a few areas of fog and widespread, hazy air where it doesn’t quite reach those levels. Expect a low near 77, with a few lingering clouds from last nights late, few-and-far-between showers. Speaking of those, yesterday afternoon’s never quite came together, leading to another abnormally hot afternoon. My initial forcast high called for around 93-95 but we actually reached 99 before the clouds and showers finally crept in. Today’s afternoon activity is a little more bankable, so for today I’m going with 93 degrees and a 40% chance of rain. Those showers will still be before and just after sunset, so any nighttime fireworks displays should remain unaffected. Tomorrow will largely be the same, but with the rain moving in after sunrise, so it’ll still be quite hot. We’ll fall back into the low 90s for the weekend, but heat indices likely won’t drop below 100° for the next week at least.
