LGBT club honors Sun City resident

The LGBT Club of Sun City implemented a program to give back to the volunteers who continue to give so much to the community on an ongoing basis.

The March recipient of this award, Marsha Rory, was honored by program manager Renee Sanderson, of My Home Group.

Rory was honored for being a great example of charitable deeds throughout Sun City. Her support continues the tradition of a community run by volunteers.

The LGBT Club of Sun City welcomes RCSC members/cardholders and meets 6–8 p.m. the second Thursday and the fourth Wednesday of the month at the Oakmont Recreation Center, 10725 W. Oakmont Drive, in addition to other events and activities throughout Sun City and Maricopa County.
