Sun City West residents have activity options

Sun City West residents have options when it comes to finding activities in the community.

The Artistic Hand Lettering, Cards and Mixed Media Club will offer a class on making a patriotic card and decoration 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 26.

Registration is required. Visit suncitywest.com.

Exercise class

A free strength training exercise class meets from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays at Shepherd of the Hills Methodist Church Fellowship Hall, 13658 W. Meeker Blvd. Everyone is welcome to the low-impact class with the option to sit or stand. Donations are welcome.
