Sun Health offers classes for seniors

Sun Health offers wellness classes for residents to learn more about various topics.

A dementia caregiver support group through Sun Health's Memory Care team is inviting residents to join the support group for comfort and guidance. This group meets 3-4 p.m. Wednesday, June 19, at Grandview Terrace Health and Rehabilitation Center’s Community Education Room, 14505 W. Granite Valley Drive. Registration is not required. Call 623-471-9355.

The Sun Health at Home Discover Seminar teaches residents to age confidently and independently at home. The seminar is 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 18, at 14154 S. Denny Blvd. This seminar is free. Residents can learn how to be prepared and understand options for care and services. To register, call 623-227-4663.
