PHOENIX — A man is recovering in the hospital Monday after a shooting incident in Phoenix, the city's police department said. According to Phoenix police, officers responded to a domestic violence call near 11th and Portland streets Sunday around 10:15 p.m. As officers arrived on scene, they found a man outside an apartment holding a gun.
