At 9:10 a.m. on May 28, the Robbinsdale Police Department observed a vehicle that had been reported stolen the previous day in Minneapolis. After many years of fence codes, planning commissions, survey records and working with property owners, Community Development Coordinator Rick Pearson is retiring from the city of Robbinsdale.
