    LCCC plans November food and coat drive

    All locations of Luzene County Community College will host an All-Campus Food and Coat Drive from Nov. 4-18.

    Dedicated to eliminating food insecurity and hunger among college students, all Luzerne County Community College locations will be accepting donations of non-perishable food items as well as personal products throughout November. In addition, all centers will be accepting new or gently used coats for students in need.

    In Luzerne County, the Wilkes-Barre Center, located in downtown Wilkes-Barre at 2 Public Square, the M & T Educational Center in Pittston located at 13 South Main Street, the Main Campus in Nanticoke, 521 Trailblazer Drive (Campus Center, Building 14, Second Floor) and the Hazleton Center located at 100 West Broad Street all operate a student food bank as well as a clothing closet as resources to support students in need.
